Delete my account

Permanently delete your Sudeb account and your data.

When your account is deleted, your people, debt and receivable records, payment history and the other data listed below are deleted permanently. This cannot be undone.

There are two ways

Deletion request: your account is deleted permanently after 7 days. You receive an e-mail with the deletion date and can sign in and cancel the request until then.
Delete now: enter your password and the confirmation text shown on screen to delete your account immediately.

For your security, deletion is done after you sign in. In the mobile app the same option is in Profile.

If you don't remember your password, reset your password first.

Data that is deleted

Account details (e-mail, name, password) and sessions
The debt and receivable records you entered and their payment history
Your people
Recurring record templates
Work sessions and rate cards
Preferences, reminder settings, notification device registrations, favourite currencies and your feedback messages

What is not deleted

Records other members entered in shared lists stay with them.
A record of the deletion (e-mail, name, date, IP address) is kept for security and legal obligations.
Database backups are kept for at most 30 days and then deleted.
Your App Store / Google Play subscription is not cancelled automatically; cancel it in your store settings.
