1. General

By using Sudeb (the iOS, Android and web apps) you agree to these terms. Sudeb is built for tracking personal, family and small business debts and receivables.

2. Your account

You need an account to use Sudeb. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password safe. Let us know if you notice unauthorised use of your account.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use Sudeb for unlawful purposes
• Do not infringe the rights of others
• Do not endanger the security or operation of the service
• Do not use sharing to send unwanted messages or to harass anyone

4. Shared lists

When you share a list, you open its records to the people you add. You are responsible for who you share with and the roles you give them (viewer, editor). A list's owner can change its members and their roles at any time.

5. Sudeb Pro and Sudeb Pro+

• There are two paid plans: Sudeb Pro (list sharing, the editor role, a fourth reminder stage, PDF statements, batch invoicing, advanced rate-card units) and Sudeb Pro+, which includes everything in Pro and adds photos and voice notes on records with 10 GB of storage per account.
• Subscriptions are bought through the App Store or Google Play; payment, renewal and refunds follow the store's rules.
• A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period; cancel it in your store settings.
• After cancelling, the plan's features stay on until the end of the period.
• When a subscription ends your data is not deleted and stays editable; only new members and new attachments cannot be added. When Pro+ ends, attachments stay readable and are deleted 180 days after the end, with an e-mail 30 days before; buying Pro+ again in that time keeps them.

6. Disclaimer

Sudeb is provided "as is". You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for your financial decisions. Sudeb does not give financial, legal or tax advice. Currency conversions are for information only.

7. Intellectual property

Sudeb's design, logo, code and content are protected by copyright. Copying, distributing or reverse engineering them without permission is prohibited. The content you enter belongs to you.

8. Closing your account

If you breach these terms, your account may be suspended or closed. You can delete your account at any time as described on the account deletion page.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; when we do, the date on this page changes. We announce significant changes in the app or by e-mail.
