Pay installments on time and know which are left

A loan to a friend paid back monthly, a sale to a customer on terms or your own installments: Sudeb splits the total and reminds you of each one on its own day.

Record detail (Camera gear rental): overdue, with a 150 $ partial collection.

How it works

  1. 1

    Create the record

Record the debt or receivable with its total, person and currency.

  2. 2

    Split into installments

Divide the total into equal monthly or weekly installments; any cent difference goes on the last one.

  3. 3

    Reminded on the day

Each open installment is reminded on its own day, and the calendar feed shows installments in your calendar app too.

  4. 4

    Close them as you pay

Payments are applied to installments in order, so you always see which are paid and which are left.

New record: person first, then amount and due date, with repeat on the same sheet.

Questions people ask

Can I change the installment plan later?

Yes. Changing or deleting the plan does not affect the record or the payments already made; payments are applied to the new plan in order.

How is an installment plan different from a recurring record?

An installment plan splits a known total into parts: a 1,200 $ debt over 12 months. A recurring record creates a new record each period for payments that come back every period, such as rent or a subscription.

Is installment tracking free?

Yes, installments are free on every plan. You can choose 3 reminder stages on the free plan and 4 on Pro.
