Track the money you lent and get it back
A loan to a friend, a client who has not paid for a job or rent a tenant still owes: Sudeb keeps each receivable with its person, shows what is left as you collect and reminds you when it is due.
Free · No credit card · iOS, Android and web

How it works
-
1
Record the receivable
Enter the person, amount and currency, plus a due date and a note if you like. The person's page shows every record between you and the net difference.
-
2
Add collections
Log payments as they come in, in parts if need be; the remaining balance updates by itself.
-
3
Get reminded
Receivables that are due soon or overdue stand out on the Today screen, and a notification arrives at the time you choose.
-
4
Share the account
Send a public statement link to someone who does not use Sudeb; if they do, link the person to their account so they see the records from their side.

Questions people ask
Can the person who owes me see the record?
If you want. A public statement link opens a read-only page, no sign-in needed, with the balance, the open records and your payment details. If they use Sudeb, you can link them to their account: they see the records between you from their side, propose a payment or raise a dispute. Both are free on every plan.
How do partial repayments show up?
Each collection is added to the record as its own dated entry. The original amount never changes; the remaining balance is the amount minus the collections, and the record is settled when it reaches zero.
Can I bill my hourly or per-job work as a receivable?
Yes. Track a work session with the timer, set the unit price on a rate card and turn the finished session into a receivable in one tap. Hour and job units are free; combining several sessions into one record is a Pro feature.
