Keep track of what you owe and pay on time
Money a friend lent you, rent you still owe or a card balance: Sudeb keeps each debt with its person, amount and due date, and works out what is left as you pay.

How it works
-
1
Record the debt
Pick the person or type their name, then enter the amount and currency. Add a title, a note and a due date if you like.
-
2
Set the due date
The Today screen groups your debts into overdue, due today and due this week. Reminders arrive before the due date, at the time you choose.
-
3
Log repayments
Each payment is its own dated entry; the remaining balance goes down by itself and the debt is settled when it reaches zero.
-

Debts are totalled per currency, with an estimated net position in the base currency you choose.

Questions people ask
Is the debt tracker free?
Yes. People, debts and receivables, lists, payments, recurring records and 3 reminder stages have no limit on the free plan. Pro is for sharing lists with others and paperwork such as PDF statements.
What if I repay a debt bit by bit?
Add each payment to the debt. The original amount never changes, payments stay as separate dated entries and the remaining balance is worked out from them. For a regular repayment you can also split the debt into installments.
How do I see debts in different currencies?
Every record keeps its own currency and is never converted for you. Totals are shown per currency, next to an estimated net position converted into the base currency you choose in Profile.
